In A Course in Miracles , Jesus tells people that wonders must be involuntary and that they need to not be under aware control. (T-1.I.5) When we find ourselves being happy for no earthly reason, or we are in a stream, that’s the miracle! You are able to generate engrossed, but you can’t control it.

The doer needs everything to be below conscious control. Its emphasis is obviously on the form instead of the mind. Yet, wonders are entirely involuntary.
